Customer Service Advisor - Ely

Fantastic opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our leading international banking client.

You will be at the forefront of our client's branch providing help and assistance to a customer making a deposit, or using your judgement to refer them to the right colleague, your welcoming smile and commitment to everyday excellence will be what makes your branch stand out from the rest.  As you will be the first port of call in the branch you will be assisting customers with their transactions and asking the right questions to understand their needs so you can introduce them to another specialist in branch - a Mortgage Advisor or Personal Banker, for instance. By treating every customer as an individual, you'll not only help you and your team meet and beat your targets; you'll also ensure every customer walks out the door feeling properly cared for.
